Last updated: 29 October 2026. Guide by Cloud Express, based on the disposables and pre-filled pods we stock.
Every disposable vape has a big number on the box: 3,000 puffs, 13,000 puffs, 30,000 puffs. But how many days is that, really? This guide turns puff counts into something you can plan with, and explains why your device might run out sooner or later than the box says.
The short answer
A puff count is the manufacturer’s estimate, based on short, even test puffs. How long it lasts you depends mainly on how many puffs you take a day and how long each one is. At 200 puffs a day, a 3,000-puff disposable lasts about two weeks.
Puff count to days: quick table
| Puffs per day | 3,000 puffs | 13,000 puffs | 30,000 puffs |
|---|---|---|---|
| 100 (light) | about 30 days | about 130 days | about 300 days |
| 200 (moderate) | about 15 days | about 65 days | about 150 days |
| 300 (regular) | about 10 days | about 43 days | about 100 days |
| 400 (heavy) | about 7 days | about 32 days | about 75 days |
What makes a disposable run out faster
- Long, deep draws. One long pull can use the liquid of two or three test puffs.
- Higher power modes. Devices with power settings, such as the RELX Ace 30K (3 power modes), use more liquid on the higher settings.
- Chain vaping. Puffing back-to-back heats the coil more and uses liquid faster.

What about pre-filled pods?
Pre-filled pods work the same way, but you keep the device and only replace the pod. Some list a puff rating too:
- NCIG Pro Prefilled Pod 2ml: about 500–600 puffs per pod
- Fuselab F3000: up to 3,000 puffs per pod
- KOHS K3000 and ASDF Off Grid Mini OG3000: 3000-series pods for their own devices

How to tell it’s finished
- The flavour fades or turns burnt.
- The vapour gets thin even after a short rest.
- On devices with a screen, like the Raya D1, the e-liquid level reads empty.
When a disposable tastes burnt, it’s out of liquid. Replace it rather than keep puffing.
FAQs
Is the puff count on the box accurate?
It’s a lab estimate based on short, even puffs. If your puffs are longer, you’ll get fewer.
How many puffs is a normal day?
It varies a lot from person to person. The easiest way to find yours is to note how many days your current device lasts, then divide its puff rating by that number.
Can I recharge a disposable?
Some disposables have a charging port and some don’t. Check the product page, or WhatsApp us at 019-620 6083.
